“Free from” chef Tal Givon has announced the release of her first cookbook today, Tuesday, October 8th 2013. The cookbook is completely dairy free, with extraordinary, easy to follow and simple to make delicious recipes.
The recipes in the book combine middle Eastern themes with a touch of classical European fare, ranging from stuffed peppers to beef bourguignon. The book covers a great variety of dishes for any event, including everyday cooking, family dinners, dinner parties, barbeque and desserts.
