World famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa returns to NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong for two special “Autumn in Kyoto” Dinners on September 28 and 29.

Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with Nobu-san over a special 8-course (HK$1,538 per person) showcasing seasonal ingredients from Kyoto including Matsutake (pine mushrooms), Hamo (conger pike), fresh figs, chestnuts and black beans, plus Wagyu Beef.

A sake pairing option is available for an additional HK$400 per person, including: NOBU “THE SAKE” DAIGINJO TK40, NOBU “THE SAKE” JUNMAI DAIGINJO, NOBU YK35 DAIGINJOLimited Edition and  SADO NO KIRYOUYASHI JUNMAI GINJO by Hokusetsu.  (All NOBU label sakes are created by Hokusetsu, Nobu-san's exclusive sake maker.)

The “Autumn in Kyoto” menu is also available from September 30 – October 18 at HK$1,488 per person. 

The 8-course menu includes:

LOBSTER SASHIMI  pastrami and tartar

HAMO   ume     KING CRAB YUBA   xo salsa     TORO   daikon

 SUSHI ASSORTMENT

 SEA BASS TEMPURA   fushimi pepper, miso aioli

and

CRISPY HOTATE AND EBI SPHERE   fig balsamic teriyaki

GRILLED OCTOPUS   black soy bean, mizuna

 JAPANESE WAGYU   karashi sumiso

 HOT INANIWA UDON   awabi

 KUROMAME CHIFFON   sweet potato crema, fig sorbet, balsamic foam
