NIZUC Resort & Spa on the Mexican Caribbean coast will boost its health and fitness offering to guests this September with a residency by renowned London-based performance coach, Artur Zolkiewicz, in a week-long initiative designed to coincide with the global World Wellness Weekend project.  Having graced the front covers of health and fitness magazines including Men's Fitness, and with a roster of clients that includes A-list celebrities and models, Artur Zolkiewicz will be based at NIZUC Resort & Spa from 19-25 September 2019, during which time he will host a class each morning as well as bespoke personal training sessions. 

Artur's daily one-hour classes will form part of NIZUC Life, the resort's weekly menu of wellness activity options, and are intended to leave participants feeling energised, using a series of strengthening and cardio exercises aimed at targeting the whole body.  In his classes, Artur will also focus on stretching to revitalise weary body parts and controlled articular rotations to help guests assess their bodies and spot potential imbalances and dysfunctions.  Artur will also be offering personal training sessions at an extra cost for those who want to take their work out up a gear and address specific fitness goals.

Shortlisted for 'Hotel Spa of the Year' at the World Spa & Wellness Awards 2019, NIZUC Resort & Spa is participating in the 3rd global World Wellness Weekend happening 21 & 22 September 2019, an event which will see 2,000+ spas, salons, yoga studios, fitness clubs and sports associations in over 100 countries open their doors for participants to discover fun and creative ways to boost their vitality and serenity www.world-wellness-weekend.org.  Artur's classes will be offered to guests for a fee of USD 15 per class, apart from the two on 21 & 22 September that will be offered on a complimentary basis as part of World Wellness Weekend.
