New York Times Travel Show Sponsors and Exhibitors Offer Exclusive On-Site Experiences and Giveaways

New York Times Travel Show

NEW YORK, Dec. 17, 2015 – Sponsors and exhibitors of The New York Times Travel Show will offer deals and giveaways exclusively on-site at the 2016 show, taking place Jan. 8 – 10 at the Jacob K. Javits Center.

The Travel Show starts on Friday, Jan. 8, with a Trade Day open to travel professionals and media. Doors open to the public on Saturday and Sunday (Jan. 9-10) for two days of on-site deals and offers, travel seminars, tips from professionals at Meet the Experts, stage performances, book signings by notable writers, and the Taste of the World culinary pavilion, which offers samples of global cuisines and a “Kids Kitchen” for kids of all ages.

Attendees are encouraged to stop by every booth for a variety of unique experiences. For example, visit Color Spa in the Wellness Travel Pavilion for an energy tune-up using colored lights. Logbar at booth 1142 will demo a new wearable translation device.  The Curaçao Tourism Board at booth 110 will allow attendees to experience --through the lens of virtual reality video -- the sights and sounds of Curaçao's Playa Kenepa (one of Curaçao's most popular beaches) and the Queen Emma Bridge in downtown Willemstad.
