Frontier America has scoured the Deep South in search of luxury and interesting properties to stay in on their fly-drive holidays. Clients will have the choice of historic houses, Antebellum homes, luxury inns and other iconic properties in which to stay. There are also some unique itineraries exploring the history, music and food of this colourful area. There are cooking schools, the chance to drive around Nashville with a working songwriter / singer, the chance to join a Space Camp at the U.S. Rocket & Space Centre in Hutsville, Alabama amongst many other interesting ideas.
Frontier America is introducing the latest ship to cruise the Mississippi: the brand new American Duchess is an all suite sternwheeler, probably the most luxurious river cruise ship in America. She will sail the Lower Mississippi starting in June 2017 moving further north into the Upper Mississippi for the hotter summer months.
Travel the Triple B's (Blues, Bourbon and BBQs) on a fourth B, a Bike: not just any bike however, a Harley Davidson on an escorted tour from New Orleans to Chicago via Nasville, Memphis and Kentucky.
Some of the fly-drives are themed around the Antebellum homes, the Civil War and of course the Music that pervades the South.
