The onsite Levantine restaurant, overlooking the waters of Marina Botafoch, offers an exclusive menu with Mediterranean influences     

Mikasa, a 16 bedroom boutique hotel known for panoramic views overlooking the iconic UNESCO site of Dalt Vila, has opened it's roof terrace, for evening chill-out sessions with cocktails and tapas. Guests can indulge in a bespoke cocktail menu and dine in the onsite restaurant, serving Levantine cuisine mixed with flavours from the Mediterranean.

On the roof terrace of Mikasa, guests can overlook the glittering waters of Marina Botafoch as the sun sets while sipping on scrumptious cocktails and a selection of tapas before descending to the onsite Levantine restaurant. Mikasa is one of the only properties in Ibiza focusing on Levantine cuisine, guests can enjoy delicious food that embraces many cultures but is best known for dishes like hummus, tabbouleh and tahini, now widely eaten throughout the world. 

The onsite restaurant offers a unique gastronomy from fresh seafood to aromatic meat, the Mediterranean plates with Middle Eastern influences are accompanied by colourful salads, spoiling diners for choice. The menu promises a journey that transports guests into the very heart of the bustling medinas found on the southeast corner of the Mediterranean. Start with scrumptious smoked aubergine topped with pomegranate and parsley, which is well followed with the indulgent saffron flavoured muscles. Indulge in the array of desserts from the delicious Blood Orange served with triple sec sorbet or dark chocolate ice cream and passion fruit coulis.
