New Virtual Events Platform for SMEs Develops Virtual Working Solutions Including Virtual Workshops, Awards Events, Offices and Fam/Press Trips

Representation Plus launched its first virtual events platform “ezy” with the highly successful “ANTOR Meets the Media'' event in September 2020. Since then they have hosted monthly events on the platform for up to 500 guests and 38 exhibitor stands. They went on to develop online offices and in 2021 they launched their virtual workshops, awards and fam/press trips as part of the new virtual working concept.

The virtual workshop platform is for smaller events of up to 150 guests and 20 individual meeting rooms for 1 to 1 meetings. Its BYO Café, for casual chats, and auditorium are signature features of both platforms along with the essential helpdesk.

As the world entered a crisis, it was a time for rethinking and innovation, creating solutions to adapt to the new norm. The events industry was hit hard by the Coronavirus pandemic with social distancing measures put firmly in place for the foreseeable future with the government hopefully  re-opening the industry on 22 June. However, all research shows that virtual and hybrid events and working has become the new norm.
