It will also keep families up-to-date with the latest family travel news around the globe, from family-friendly accommodation and guidebooks to attractions that'll please kids big and small.

Travelmumma is the brainchild of Kayte Nunn, a former travel magazine editor and freelance writer, who has held senior positions at some of Australia's best-known and loved travel publications, including Gourmet Traveller, Qantas and Rex in-flight magazines and most recently, as editor of Holidays with Kids magazine. She saw a need for an online go-to site featuring honest, unvarnished, up-to-date reviews of holiday options for Australian families, suggestions and tips, from those actually travelling with their kids, and so the idea for travelmumma was born.

Travelmumma will recommend the places you'd tell your friends about. It actively seeks out guest posts from parents about their adventures and experiences, and also has a network of expats at holiday destinations throughout the globe who will be contributing their insider knowledge and expertise to the site.
