TransIndus are pleased to announce a new tour - Wildlife of Sri Lanka. Visiting wildlife hot-spots, parks, and Sinharaja Rainforest, the tour provides an opportunity to see wild elephants, leopards, boars, alligators, and whales.

Ideal for wildlife enthusiasts, the tour gives a good introducton to the varied flora and fauna of southern Sri Lanka. The breathtaking natural landscapes of this lush region are home to many breeds; over 92 species of mammals and 440 species of birds.

Highlights include the lesser-known Mirissa which is perfect for spotting blue and sperm whales, the historic fort city of Galle, safaris in Yala National Park, and the secluded paradise of Sinharaja with its hills and tea plantations.

Accommodation features mid-range hotels with en-suite facilities.

Departure - This is a 12-day private journey so date of departure can be chosen within the recommended season of November to April.
