New Summer Afternoon Tea
A sumptuous summer treat for all the family, the St. Ermin's Hotel proudly presents their delicious new Summer Afternoon Tea. Green fingered little ones will love the fun garden adventure themed Summer Tea at £15pp, whilst adults can enjoy a sparkling seasonal menu, with unlimited prosecco or a glass of Nyetimber– available now for just £35pp or £42pp. www.sterminshotel.co.uk.
Located just around the corner from St James' Park tube, arrive in the hotel's pretty tree-lined courtyard, make your way up the iconic sweeping staircase to the stylish Tea Lounge, sit back and relax with a delectable tea and unlimited bubbles. The younger members of the family can enjoy their very own 'Summer Tea' and go on an adventure to the see the Hotel's 350,000 Buckfast Honey bees hard at work on the third floor Bee Terrace! St Ermin's Hotel are proud to have their very own rooftop garden in addition to their busy bee colony and the new afternoon tea has been created to showcase the very best fresh produce of the season, taking inspiration from our own urban idyll with ingredients straight from the roof and honey from our bees…
Created by Executive Head Chef, Alexander Boyd the new Summer Afternoon Tea menu includes a variety of sandwiches and delicate savoury bites, as well as seasonal sweet treats such as white chocolate and carrot choux buns, lemon macarons, chocolate and salted caramel pots, mango jelly and coconut panna cotta, apple and cinnamon mousse. Beelicious treats from the kid's menu include an Apple Mousse and a Chocolate and Caramel Pot… Kids will also receive a lovely gardening pack from Mud & Bloom including organic seeds to take home. All teas are served with freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam.
Summer Afternoon Tea is served daily in the pretty and intimate Tea Lounge, with children's tea available during the school holidays and at weekends. 12noon – 6:00pm www.sterminshotel.co.uk
