Snoworks have launched several new courses for the 2015-16 winter season in a variety of locations away from their traditional bases in the French resorts of Tignes and Courchevel.
New Destination: Dolomites Backcountry Course
A new destination for Snoworks in an area well-known for its outstanding beauty, fantastic food and extensive skiing in the Dolomiti Superski area, one of the world's largest. Skiers on the backcountry course will experience the off-piste terrain that is relatively unknown to the UK skiing market. A mixture of Snoworks instructors and Mountain Guide, Richard Mansfield, will be available for five full days during the week to lead and teach in terrain well away from the marked ski runs. The course is available for adventurous intermediate skiers and above, those who can handle most black runs and have had some off-piste experience.
Dates: March 5th, 2016, 7 nights
Cost: £1,295 per person including 7 night's half-board accommodation in the 3 star Hotel La Plaza, Corvara (based on twin occupancy), airport transfers from Innsbruck, Snoworks instructor and mountain guide. NOT included: Flights to Innsbruck, ski pass, equipment rental

New Destination: Turkey Ski Adventure
After an initial exploration trip last winter, Snoworks have now launched a full blown adventure itinerary that takes in a number of ski resorts in Turkey. The emphasis is on off-piste skiing with a mixture of resort uplift and ski touring (walking up with skins on the skis) suited to experienced off-piste skiers. The twelve day trip visits a total of four ski resorts that include, Uludag, Palandoken, Konakli and Sarikamis and accommodation is based in mainly 3 star hotels on a half-board option.
Dates: February 15th, 2016, 11 nights
Cost: £2,743 per person including accommodation on half-board basis x 10 nights and B&B x 1 night, all internal transfers including internal flight and ferry's, Snoworks instructor and leader for duration of trip, ski passes. NOT included: Flights to Istanbul, 1 x evening meal, ski equipment
New Destination: Backcountry Access Norway
The coastal fjord region of the Lyngen Alps is the setting for a new trip to ski Norway's wild terrain well inside the Arctic Circle. This trip is for adventurous and experienced off-piste skiers who can handle pure ski touring to access untracked areas of snow well away from any resorts and ski lifts. Accommodation will be catered lodge based in a small hamlet on the coast, an hour's transfer from Tromso Airport. Every day will be different, with a variety of tours lasting around five or six hours for the ascent, mixed with ski descents in between – evenings will be relaxed with opportunities to enjoy fresh seafood barbequed in the late spring Artic sunshine.
Dates: April 17th, 2016, 7 nights
Cost: £1,549 per person including 6 x full days' backcountry skinning and skiing with Snoworks instructors, full board in lodge huts – based on twin share (including packed lunches), return transfers from Tromso, transfers to ski areas. New Destination: La Plagne Backcountry Course
One of the most popular destinations for UK skiers, La Plagne is perhaps best known for its extensive on-piste terrain, but there's also plenty of opportunities to explore the vast off-piste potential that the 'Paradiski' region offers.
Dates: February 28th, 2016
Cost: £1,205 per person including 7 nights half-board accommodation with Mark Warner in the Chalet Hotel Christina, dinner with wine, afternoon tea, return flights from the UK, airport transfers, five half-days instruction with Snoworks Monday to Friday. NOT included: Ski Pass
