Aaren is a true Vermonter growing up locally on his family's farm. Having met while Paulina and her sister Nathalie were studying at Cornell University School of Hotel Management, USA. They went back to East Africa and developed their group of hotels. They now spend much of their time between Vermont, Europe and Kenya, where Nathalie and Paulina's Interior design business is based.
