New Luxury Fitness Retreat at Verdura Has All Angles Covered

Couples seeking added motivation to get in shape this summer can head to the five-star Verdura Resort and kick-start their training regimes in a gorgeous Sicilian setting by taking part in a new all-inclusive luxury fitness retreat.

In an eye-catching new partnership, the award-winning venue – a Rocco Forte hotel – has teamed up with fitness specialists 38 Degrees North to offer guests looking to re-establish their fitness routines an exciting new week-long programme from May 28 to June 4.

Aimed at maximising fitness and body composition results, the five-star retreat has been designed to help people to increase their weight-loss and understand training methods using a specially-tailored programme, with the empahasis based around 38 Degrees North's philosophy of keeping things simple.
