SUSTAINABILITY
The resort was developed by leading Italian contractor's Rizzani de Eccher who have been involved in a multitude of well known projects including London's Docklands Light Railway, Swan River Bridge in Perth, The Savoy Hotel Milan. The entire project was a redevelopment of an area previously used quarry. The sun and sea water are now used as sources of renewable energy and there is no flue gas emitted into the environment. The homes are all Class A or A+ and are equipped with geothermal plants for heating and cooling, top quality thermal and acoustic insulation, controlled mechanical ventilation, low-emissivity windows, green roofs and underground parking. The most cutting edge technology is used in order to provide the maximum comfort and easy living.
