Yes! Hotels supports Greek culture and arts, and the NEW Penthouse Suite encapsulates the design duo Campana Brother’s aesthetic in everything from the furniture to fixtures. 

The 70sqm suite has been meticulously designed to combine function and design, from the bespoke furniture and furnishings, to the custom-designed carpet that was handpicked to create a sense of understated yet unsurpassable luxury. The penthouse has separate sleeping and living room areas, while the bathroom is cast entirely from marble. 

The suite’s terrace offers 360° views of Athen’s historical landmarks, including the Acropolis, Lycabettus Hill, Syntagma Square and the House of Parliament. 

Designed by Italian art aficionado Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari, whose art and photography have appeared in art institutes around the world, the Art Lounge combines old and new, featuring original pieces of their work exclusively for hotel guests and their friends.   

Playing on NEW Hotel’s cultural and literacy passions, a large selection of books is available guests to read during their stay. The dining concept at the Art Lounge is small dishes that are served throughout the day. Signature dishes include smoked eggplant with walnuts, herbed yogurt and botarga, as well as beef medallions with roast bone marrow, capers and parsley. By night the Art Lounge transforms into a chic cocktail bar.
