New Hidden Beaches Programme From Audley

Audley Travel

Audley have launched a new Hidden Beaches programme – a collection of handpicked properties from across the world.  Some are truly secluded, others the less obvious choice in a popular region and a few are simply Audley favourites, chosen because they have a special quality that sets them apart from the competition.

There are hotels in truly remote regions such as the Andaman Islands, unusual and unexpected beach destinations such as Georgia and Oregon and some firm favourites including Mauritius and the Maldives.

Audley have found that most of their clients want to explore a little further afield even on a break where the emphasis is on relaxation.  With this in mind they have twinned each beach property with a few days’ optional exploration in another destination.  A symbol next to each option gives an indication of what type of experience to expect, divided into four categories: Culture; Wildlife or Scenery;  City and Beach hopping.  Examples include:

Culture and Beach

Visit the Maya ruins of the Yucatánfor three nights before going on to Esencia, a converted Italian mansion on the Mayan Riviera.   The estate is surrounded by extensive grounds and the beach is also very private.

or
