Jaly Lai - Director of Sales
A veteran in hospitality sales, Jaly brings more than 15 years of solid hotel experience to her new role as Director of Sales. Prior to that, she held a number of senior positions at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers as Director of Sales –MICE/Tour and Travel and Mira Moon Hotel as Director of Sales and Marketing. In her new capacity, Jaly will be responsible for exploring new business opportunities, developing potential markets and enhancing relationships with business partners. She was the winner of Starwood Sales Incentive Elite 2005.
Didi Chan - Director of Revenue
Having worked in revenue management for nearly 10 years, Didi has been charged to strengthen the hotel's market position through strategic management and lead the team to maximise the overall hotel revenue and balance profitability through implementation of an effective revenue management process. Didi has previously held senior positions at Langham Place, Mongkok as Director of Revenue and Director of E-business. She holds a Bachelor of Management and Marketing from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia.
