Bangkok, 20 May 2014 – Boasting a refreshed new look and feel, Dusit International presents its updated proprietary website www.dusit.com, now live!
In an effort to boost user engagement and update its online presence, Dusit International has revamped its website, complete with a more user-friendly design and easier navigation system.
“Revenue driven from direct online bookings via dusit.com have grown some 250% year-on-year in Q1 2014,” shares Ms Catherine McNabb, Vice President – Sales and Marketing, Dusit International. “Enhanced functionalities on the website will further drive consumer engagement on dusit.com.”
The visually-driven website offers impressive, high-impact imagery that showcases the company's stunning international properties throughout Thailand, the Philippines, the Middle East, India, China and the Maldives. Focussing on key source markets, phase two of the website revamp will see localised versions of the website in Arabic, Chinese, German, Japanese, Russian and Thai languages launched.
“For loyal customers, dusit.com is now able to provide a more customised online experience, based on personal preferences and past history, further increasing the ability to offer more relevant products and services,” remarks Mr Gerrit Kruger, Director of Branding and Loyalty Marketing, Dusit International.
Another key feature of the new dusit.com is its mobile function, which is responsive and visible across all platforms and devices. As travellers increasingly make their bookings on the same day via mobile devices, this feature is crucial in driving conversions.
The site was designed and developed by TravelClick, an award-winning hospitality web specialist company that has designed over 2,000 hotel websites.
