Havila Voyages, the new Norwegian coastal cruise line, has appointed Waddell Communications ahead of its 2021 launch.

Havila Voyages will be sailing as part of a ten-year contract funded by the Norwegian Government to operate the historic coastal route, with Havila operating four of the 11 ships that depart daily from Bergen to Kirkenes.
