InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Gary Lee to the position of Chief Concierge.
Gary commenced at this luxurious northern Gold Coast resort last month and brings with him 11 years hotel experience and the highest recognised industry qualification as a member of the prestigious Les Clefs d'Or.
Gary was accepted into Les Clefs d'Or in 2009 and is only one of 4 concierge in Queensland and 38 concierge in Australia inducted into this elite group which recognises concierge professionals.
Gary is already loving the location and embracing his new role at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort.
"I am looking forward to meeting new people, sharing my local knowledge of the South East Queensland region and showing off this magnificent property to my guests and the world," said Gary.
Over the years, Gary has met many different kinds of people and had some very weird requests from guests, but has always lived by the work philosophy that comes from a quote that Michael J Fox used in his role of Doug Ireland in the film "For Love Or Money" - "Nothing is impossible Albert, impossible just takes a few extra phone calls."
It is clear that this philosophy that has gained Gary his position within Les CLefs d'Or and his new role at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort.
