Head chef Daniel Prince hails from The Wolseley and Club Gascon and the extensive wine menu has been selected by Master of Wine, Tim Atkin.
It's a perfect weekend getaway for couples and friends, but especially ideal for getting an early morning or late night flight.
For those traveling with children, head chef Prince has crafted a thoughtful and fun 'little ones' menu. There are also specially appointed rooms for doggies, with a treats in the bar and dog beds in the room.
