Perched directly at the harbour's edge, InterContinental Hong Kong's Harbourside Restaurant is known for its elaborate international buffets including the nightly “Seafood & Sushi Dinner Buffet” and decadent Sunday Champagne Brunch. Sunday Champagne Brunch
Free-flowing Perrier-Jouët Champagne, wine, beer, fresh juices and soft drinks are just the start of Hong Kong's most elaborate Sunday Brunch, with hand-made sushi and freshly sliced sashimi, Fresh Lobster and seafood. There are also “action stations” with pan-fried Foie Gras, Peking Duck, Asian dishes, homemade Indian curries, Italian pasta,Laksa, Tom Yam Khung or Vietnamese noodles. plus a carving station and freshly made dim sum. The buffet also includes a selection of the finest ham and salami from Italy and Spain and imported cheese from France.
Adorable young chefs personally pass around speciality items ranging from homemade pizza, egg custard tarts or doughnuts to coffee liqueur shooters (Baileys, Kahlua,Frangelico or Jameson) or cocktail shooters (Grand Marnier with orange juice, Vodka with pineapple puree or Tequila with Cointreau and Yuzu juice). Other attractions include Virgin Colada and FruitPunchTubeTowers and a roving trolley with chefs carving Rack of US Long Bone-in Beef.
A decadent dessert buffet includes made-to-order waffles and crepes and a chocolate fountain, plus an extravagant assortment of freshly baked pastries and cakes by Executive Pastry Chef Cyril Dupuis and his team.

Lunch Buffet
Indulge ina tempting international buffet with fresh sushi and sashimi, an extensive selection of cold salads and appetisers, along with a cheese and fresh bakery selection. Select from Chinese, Japanese, Pan-Asian, Indian and Western dishes and homemade pizzas made with Executive Chef Nicola Canuti's authentic recipes. See our chef in action at a Fresh Pasta Station with simple, fresh pasta made á la minute.
Save room for the dessert buffet, which features freshly made waffles and crepes, a chocolate fountain and an elaborate display of homemade desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Cyril Dupuis and his team, along with an ice cream sundae station.

Seafood & Sushi Dinner Buffet
Indulge in a decadent international buffet with fresh sushi and sashimi, as well as cold fresh seafood imported from around the world. Indulge in the USLobsterMountain, Canadian Snow Crabs, French Brown Crabs, Australian Spanner Crabs, Canadian Scallops, New Zealand Mussels, Thai Shrimp and Taiwanese Abalone.
See our chefs in action as they make pan-fried Foie Gras and Tempura. Select from Chinese, Pan-Asian, Indian, Western and Italian options, with a carving station showcasing fresh fish and beef. The Saturday Dinner Buffet also has a Peking Duck station.

Now through August 31st, Executive Chef Nicola Canuti and his team are showcasing Spanish speciality dishes such as traditional tapas, Iberico Ham, Sausage & Cheese, Gazpacho, Empanadas, Paella, fresh mussels and clams, roasted suckling pig andChurros on the dinner buffet.
From mid-September until early October, Harbourside will be featuring a Taste of Greece, with guest chefs from InterContinental Athens Athenaeum sharing some of their specialty Greek Dishes on both the Lunch and Dinner Buffets.
