To Tuscany (01227 646040; www.to-tuscany.com) has opened bookings for 2019 for its collection of 700-plus villas with pools. To Tuscany is advising customers to act fast before the best villas and peak periods are snapped up, with almost 150 weeks already sold for 2019.
The villa-rental company has the largest selection of hand-picked properties in the region, yet its best villas in the most desirable locations always sell quickly. For example, only one week of the summer school holidays in 2019 is available to book at the popular three-bedroom family villa with private pool L'Agrifoglio, in Chianti, above centre.
And it's not only family villas that are attracting early bookers. Capanna di Camporata, near Gaiole, above right, a one-bedroom villa for two, with private pool, has only a few weeks left in summer 2019. Meanwhile, Villa Le Ferrette, near Pistoia, above left, a property for big get-togethers, sleeping up to 23 guests, is fully booked for the whole of June and July.
“We're finding the very best properties are being booked first,” says Sean Caulfield, owner of To Tuscany. “We pride ourselves on the high quality of the villas we offer. The fact that many of the properties being booked up are rated 10 out of 10 in guest reviews shows that quality matters to early bookers.”

Prices quoted are the total cost for the apartment or villa hire for one week, not per person, and they do not include international travel. To Tuscany is an easy-to-use, online-booking site, which features more than 740 high-quality holiday properties across the price range. The site allows customers to book direct with owners yet benefit from the peace of mind of paying through a secure portal. To Tuscany was set up in 1998 by Sean Caulfield, who lives in the region, and is supported by a small team back in England, who are always ready to help with online and phone enquiries.
