Dnata and Emirates Group-owned brand also collected 'Best Flight Booking Website' at 2019 British Travel Awards 

Netflights – the flight and travel search and comparison platform, and member of the dnata Travel Group and Emirates Group family of brands – has been named as 'Which? Recommended Provider' by consumer champion Which? in the 'Flight Booking Sites' category. It is the first time Netflights has achieved the status, and it was the only site to do so of those reviewed in the Flight Booking Sites category by Which? this year.

The brand also collected 'Best Flight Booking Website' at the 2019 British Travel Awards earlier this month – likewise, the first time it has achieved the accolade.

Which? Recommended Providers are companies that are both rated highly by Which? members and have products that meet the high standards of Which? researchers. Which? consulted with 4,038 of its members, seeking insights across five categories – Functionality of site; Relevance of search terms; Price; Transparency of fees; and Customer service – for which a star rating of one to five was given, and a Customer Score based on a combined satisfaction with the brand and likelihood to recommend. Netflights impressed in each of the categories, ranking top overall of the six sites reviewed.

In its verdict, Which? draws particular attention to the quality of Netflights' customer service, and the 'lowest number of problems compared with its competitors', stating that consumers can 'book cheap fares with confidence'.
