Taking place from November 27 to December 1, the popular event is an official Category 1 International Tennis Federation Seniors' Tournament and has become an established part of the European amateur tennis calendar, offering valuable ranking points.

The official overseas training base of the Lawn Tennis Association, La Manga Club is also a resort partner for Tennis Europe, and players can take advantage of outstanding value at the venue this winter, with daily accommodation packages available for under €25 per person.

Competitors will compete at La Manga Club's 28-court centre in a variety of singles and doubles competitions, ranging from over-35 to over-80 categories for men and over-35 to over-75 age groups for ladies. Tournament entry costs from €50, with an array of luxury tennis and leisure breaks and tennis equipment available to be won.

Tournament packages feature an array of accommodation options in the resort's five-star Hotel Principe Felipe or fully-serviced four-star Las Lomas apartments with an array of benefits included.

As well as enjoying free use of the tennis courts during the tournament, tournament guests will also enjoy complimentary access to Spa La Manga Club's fitness centre, indoor pool, saunas and steam rooms. 

Discounts of 25 per cent are available on spa treatments while 15 per cent savings are on offer when eating at any of the venue's Amapola, Asia, Luigi's and La Bodega restaurants and recently-rebranded and renovated The Village cafe.

In addition, complimentary meals are available to children under five and free accommodation is on offer to youngsters under 12 when sharing with parents (one child per room), with free WiFi and resort shuttle bus also included. 

With an average of more than 300 days' sunshine a year, La Manga Club – regarded as Spain's flagship resort – offers the perfect destination for professionals and amateurs to work on all aspects of their tennis techniques under sunny skies at the venue's outstanding 28-court centre.

 Tournament guests can choose from a range of accommodation options for the 15th La Manga Club Murcia Seniors' Tennis Open from November 27 to December 1. All packages are based on two people sharing a room and are available from €130 (£117 approx) per room per night in the resort's Hotel Principe Felipe, or €85 (approx £76) per night (in a Panoramic Room) to €145 (approx £130) per night (three-bedroom apartment) in the four-star Las Lomas Village apartments.
