At Haven we want to help our guests connect with nature by delivering some amazing experiences for families. Our qualified Park Rangers will lead families through a range of interactive activities.

There are four sessions in the Nature RockZ activity.  Bushcraft, where guests can learn essential wilderness survival tips such as building shelters, lighting fires, water purification and an introduction to wild food. Go Explore takes families on mini beast safaris, pond dipping, search and find wild birds and bird food making. Get Creative making homes for animals including bird boxes, bug hotels and toad abodes plus grass heads, safari scrap heap and nature collages. The Coast sessions include rock pooling, sand sculptures, stone skimming and shoreline scavenging. All this is included in the price of the holiday.

This activity will take place on seven Haven parks including Devon Cliffs where Park Ranger Brian O'Brien uses the backdrop of the Jurassic coast and Sandy Bay Blue Flag beach to run his activities.
