NATJA seeks 2014 hotel stays (or equivalent) as prizes for contest

North American Travel Journalists Association

For the 22nd consecutive year, the North American Travel Journalists Association [NATJA] will reward winners of its annual awards competition with prizes supplied by hotels, resorts, inns, airlines, cruise lines, and transportation companies.

According to NATJA co-founder and president emeritus Dan Schlossberg, who attended IPW 2013 in Las Vegas earlier this month, the contest draws more than 600 entries from journalists around the world.Schlossberg, who spent 15 years as NATJA president, says most prizes are three-night stays for two people in luxury properties. Prizes of significantly greater value will be designated grand prizes and given to the best overall entries.

All prizes must be valid for calendar year 2014 [Jan. 1 - Dec. 31] but airfare is not included [some prizes are tickets supplied by various carriers, including jetBlue last year].

Prizes should be sent as soon as possible to NATJA awards, c/o Dan Schlossberg, 10 Ballard Place, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410-3601
