Nadaman restaurant at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong presents a special value lunch set menu, which will be available from 6 April 2009 onwards. Using fresh imported ingredients from Japan, Chef Takaya Ishizuka will meticulously prepare a selection of traditional Japanese lunch sets to delight the discerning palate.
The lunch set menu features a Traditional Ten-shin lunch set, Charcoal-grilled Japanese Pork Loin Steak set, Teppan Burger set, Yaki Sakana Zen, Salmon Steak lunch, Sirloin Usuyaki lunch and Ji-tori Nyumen. Priced from only HK$150 to HK$250, guests can enjoy an excellent value for money gourmet lunch. Guests who dine between 11:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. will receive a 15 per cent discount on the special value lunch set menu.
Located on lower level two, Nadaman�s interior incorporates strong Japanese flavours with a contemporary twist. Combining a range of Japanese dining experiences within one restaurant, Nadaman�s main dining area includes a sushi bar, double Teppanyaki grills and a private Teppanyaki room. The Teppanyaki room, seating up to 16, is also known as the T-room due to its long T-shaped table with a Teppanyaki grill at the end, and features a cooking theatre with a dedicated chef.
