Running from the 10th – 17th November, this unique inaugural retreat, designed exclusively by ila for Mustique will offer guests who are used to nothing but the best, precisely that… a highly personalised experience tailored to specific individual or group needs.
Those on the retreat, will start the week with a personal Wellness Consultation and continue with a tailored programme of ila treatments, yoga, sound healing, meditation tuition, sporting activities such as Nordic walking and paddle boarding and other wellness activities. Throughout the week a mouth- watering and cleansing menu of rejuvenation spa cuisine, will be prepared by personal chefs.
Guests can stay in a luxury ocean view suite at the colonial style hideaway, The Cotton Hous or choose from a selection of the most astonishing villas in the world where anything from a barefoot beachside bolthole to a 10 bedroom uber villa with multiple swimming pools set in acres of lush tropical gardens is available.
A six-day ila retreat on Mustique costs £3,000 per person including all retreat activities, treatments and cuisine. Accommodation costs from £265 per person per night at The Cotton House and £240 in The Villa Collection. Flights cost from £870 per person return to Mustique, including domestic transfers between Barbados and Mustique.
