Renowned for its attention to detail, comfort and Asian-inflected elegance, Cathay Pacific enlisted award-winning designer Ilse Crawford's Studioilse to transform the interiors of The Pier First Class Lounge at Hong Kong International Airport. To complement, Music Concierge created a musical backdrop that would make the space more engaging, inspiring and relaxing to be in.
- Taking the brand's defining elements of subtle contemporary Asian style, considered simplicity, and the joy of discovery, Music Concierge created distinct music concepts for the lounge's restaurant, living room and wellbeing areas. The team observed the pattern of lounge use throughout the day to ensure that each channel evolved in accordance with the needs and behaviours of Cathay Pacific travellers. This unique use of music is now integrated in Cathay Pacific's marketing strategy which is being rolled out globally
Harvey Nichols - Rejuvenating a Legendary Fashion Brand
With minimal changes in the retail experience over the past decade Music Concierge has been tasked with re-establishing the in-store music to tally with the brand's 'fearlessly stylish' identity'.
- In correspondence with the on-going refurbishment at Harvey Nichols flagship store in Knightsbridge, Music Concierge has curated a soundscape encompassing new style icons of British music, head-turning rarities and underplayed classics; each one ahead of the curve and designed to inspire the brand's audience of style-conscious, highly individual professionals.
- Following the success of the revitalised Knightsbridge store sound, the approach has now been extended to the Harvey Nichols design-led new outpost in Birmingham's Mailbox Centre.
