Much Better Adventures are seeking freelance adventure professionals and enthusiasts to join their global community of local 'Adventure Hunters'. The mission? To unearth the best adventures and outdoor experiences on the planet, and the brilliant local guides, hosts and outfitters who run them.

The multi-award-winning adventure holidays platform seeks to inspire people to live ever more adventurous-lives, by making amazing outdoor experiences more accessible and easier to book. By growing the adventure market and boosting sales for local providers, their model is designed to funnel money directly into rural economies, ultimately incentivising conservation and sustainable development of the world's most beautiful and fragile natural environments.

The company was founded in 2012 in the UK, and have been steadily building a loyal following ever since. They were voted UK's 'Best for Experiences' at the annual Travolution awards in 2016, and in December last year, they decided to become partly community-owned, with over 700 customers investing to own a stake in the platform. They raised over £1.2m as a result, leading to the opening of the 'Adventure Hunter' program worldwide.

'Adventure Hunters' act as on-the-ground and in-country experts; curating the amazing adventures which should be on any visitors' to-do lists, and reaching out to the guides and hosts behind them. The role is freelance - hunters will be paid an average of £100 for every new provider that is successfully approved as a 'host' on the platform, and given full support along the way by their in-house team.
