Blowing Rock, NC (September 16, 2021) – Savara Hospitality and Piedmont Capital are pleased to announce the acquisition of Mountainaire Inn & Log Cabins located in Blowing Rock, North Carolina.

The property was purchased from local residents and owners Jim and Deborah McDowell by a joint venture between Fairfax, Virginia based Savara Hospitality Inc. and Charlotte, North Carolina based Piedmont Capital RE, LLC. 

Situated in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Mountainaire Inn & Log Cabins is an award-winning inn that features 12 guest rooms and 11 cabins. The Inn and five cabins located on Main Street are walking distance from Downtown Blowing Rock's various boutique shops, local restaurants and art galleries, while the remaining six cabins are nestled in the mountains, approximately two miles from the Main Street location.
