Looking for a spectacular Mother's Day Champagne Brunch with stunning harbourviews? At Harbourside, free-flowing Perrier-Joüet Champagne, beer, wine, fresh juices and soft drinks are just the start of Hong Kong's most elaborate Mother's Day Brunch, with hand-made sushi and freshly sliced sashimi and a selection of chilled fresh seafood including lobster.
Enjoy dishes prepared à la minute action stations with pan-fried foie gras and grilled seafood (lobster, sea bass, calamari and prawns) and a 9 layer Korean Seafood Tower. Enjoy three kinds of Baked Oysters, plus Eggs Benedict, a selection of Asian dishes, plus a carving station with long-bone USDA Prime Beef, Rack of Lamb, Roasted Baby Pig and Whole French Fish. The buffet also includes a Charcuterie Selection with 12 kinds of cheese from France and the finest ham and salami from Italy and Spain.
Executive Chef Nicola Canuti and his team are preparing a selection of special dishes for the Mother's Day Brunch and Dinner Buffet with Bird's Nest Sushi, Grilled Seafood with Foie Gras, a Peking Duck Live Station, Foie Gras with Spanish Prawns and port wine sauce, Sea Cucumber & Chinese Shitake Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce. Special pass-around dishes include Fresh French Abalone (120g) and Hot Bird's Nest with coconut milk.
The decadent dessert buffet includes crepes made-to-order and a chocolate fountain, plus an extravagant assortment of freshly baked pastries and cakes. Executive Pastry Chef Cyril Dupuis is creating a giant Mother's Day “Guariguette” Cake made with French Strawberries, plus heart-decorated Marco Polo tea & Raspberry Chocolate Cake and Lychee & Rose Cake.

Spend a relaxing Mother's Day at SPOON by Alain Ducasse. The 1-Michelin star / Forbes Travel Guide 5-star SPOON by Alain Ducasse offers a sophisticated, yet leisurely, all-inclusive lunch. Take in the panoramic harbour view, as you begin your “SPOON Discovery” with a selection of high quality, homemade, artisanal brunch and lunch dishes by our SPOON Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina and Pastry Chef Oliver Lannes.
First, Viennoiseries and homemade bakery items are served with farm fresh cottage cheese, jam and honey, plus homemade organic muesli. Next is a selection of homemade bread and bordier butter, served with organic eggs prepared any style (with black truffle, fresh herbs, wild mushrooms, green vegetables or organic bacon) and served with French Iberico Ham and Pickles and homemade Salmon Gravlax. For the main course, enjoy choice of either Meat, Steamed Seafood or our Oven-baked Cookpot of cereal and local seasonal vegetables.
Next is a selection of matured French cheese and crushed condiments, followed by fresh mixed berries and seasonal sorbet. Last but not least, is a selection of Paris-Parisiennes by Pastry Chef Oliver Lannes (with sugar-free and gluten-free options).
The SPOON Sunday Lunch is inclusive of a welcome glass of Alain Ducasse Champagne or Burgey “Cerdon” (an exclusive rosé sparkling wine by Bernard Rondeau), followed by wine with lunch (with a choice of 2 white wines and 2 red wines selected by Chief Sommelier Mathieu Ginglardi), plus fresh juices or mocktails and freshly brewed coffee or tea.

Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina has created an 8-course menu showcasing fresh seasonal ingredients.
The menu begins with Chilled Blue Lobster consommé, caviar, followed by a Quinoa Cookpot of seasonal vegetables, herb pesto. Next is Line-caught Sea Bass with green asparagus, followed by Roasted Milk-fed Veal medallion with baby carrots, capers and parsley. Then comes fresh cheese with cherry condiment; Mango lime-vanilla sorbet and for dessert, Chocolate-Raspberry.

Looking for a hearty Sunday roast for Mother's Day? Every Saturday and Sunday, our popular STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill offers an All-American themed Semi-buffet Mother's Day Weekend Lunch showcasing the finest meat, freshly seared on the charcoal grill. Begin the meal with the elaborate Salad Bar, followed by Lobster Bisque with vegetables. Next choose one of 10 main courses prepared à la minute on the charcoal grill. Mother's Day Terrarium Workshop & Lunch @ NOBU (10:30am – 2:30pm)
NOBU is partnering with Micro Forest, a non-profit organization that supports local single mothers, to conduct a workshop on Japanese Terrarium Arranging. MicroForest is inspired by the Sogetsu (草月流), the School of Japanese Floral Art (Ikebana) founded in 1927 by Sofu Teshigahara. Each micro forest arrangement is a unique balance of plants and stones, creating harmony and beauty in a glass. The workshop is conducted by Ms. Rainbow Chow, Chief Tutor from MicroForest (https://www.facebook.com/microforestshk)
The NOBU Mother's Day Workshop will include an introduction to the history of Japanese Floral Art, plus a hands-on tutorial on micro forest arrangement, with all the tools and plants needed to create your own terrarium arrangement (approximately 20 x 20 x 21cm) – a perfect Mother's Day gift. The workshop includes a light breakfast with coffee and pastries. Following the workshop, enjoy a 6-course NOBU Omakase lunch inclusive of soft drinks or juice and a glass of Champagne or wine. NOBU Executive Chef Sean Mell and his team have created a 8-course Nobu Omakase menu showcasing fresh seasonal ingredients from Japan. Begin with Aburi Hotate Sashimi, with Quinoa Salsa and Strawberry Gazpacho. Next is Umami Kabujime Madai with Sakura salt and Aburi Kisu Sashimi with cucumber amazu, plus Chu-Toro Sashimi with beetroot yuzu miso foam and katsuo tataki, Uni with tosazu jelly. This is followed by a Grilled King Prawn with shiso edamame emulsion and a cheese dried miso crisp; then Roasted Sea Bass Fillet, with ginger tomato salsa and ume ponzu. Next is US Prime Beef with green onion and a garlic crisp. After a Sushi Assortment, for dessert: White Cotton - Molten Soufflé with raspberry and honey.

On Mother's Day, Chef Lau has created a 6-course set lunch menu at HK$488 per person, inclusive of Chef's Dim Sum Selection: Braised Whole Abalone and Seafood on a Crispy Taro Net, Steamed Garoupa and Pork Dumpling with Gold Leaf and Steamed Assorted Mushrooms with Fungus and Vegetables Dumpling, followed by Double Sea Sea Whelk with Yellow Fungus and Bamboo Piths. Next is Wok-fried Sea Bass with Black Truffles and Maple Sauce; Brased Beef Shoulder with Chili Sauce and Braised E-fu Noodles with Crabmeat and Egg White. For dessert, Sweetened Red Bean Cream with Mandarin Zest and Chilled Red Bean Pudding with Coconut.

Other courses include: Hokkaido Scallop and Figs Salad, Simmered Boston Lobster with Herbs and Butter in Supreme Broth, Steamed Garoupa Fillet with Egg White; Wok-fried Wagyu Beef with Assorted Mushroom; Braised Turnip and Conpoy with Abalone, Fried Rice with Roasted Duck and Taro; and for dessert, Sweetened Walnut Cream with Hokkaido Milk and Pea and Crispy Coconut Dumpling with Bird's Nest.
