Hawaiian Airlines Trustee Joshua Gotbaum issued the following statement in response to today�s acceptance by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the amended Disclosure Statement filed jointly by the Trustee, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, Hawaiian Holdings, Inc., and RC Aviation, LLC.

�Today�s court approval represents a huge leap forward for Hawaiian Airlines to exit bankruptcy successfully. Creditors will soon receive copies of the Disclosure Statement with the plan for getting Hawaiian out of Chapter 11 once and for all. Hawaiian has become one of the nation�s best airlines and everyone at Hawaiian looks forward to the day when, unfettered by Chapter 11, they can show it.�
