This February, The Star is going all out and getting loved-up for the whole month, not just on Valentine's Day. Guests can pay a visit with their loved one, friends or family and celebrate at one of The Star's signature restaurants, luxurious spa, in five-star accommodation or at one of the bars.

The entire precinct will be extending that loving feeling from February 1-28, with The Star chef's creating delectable dishes featuring the most mouth-watering aphrodisiac ingredients; The Spa at The Darling offering luxurious pamper packages; and the hotels creating adoring accommodation packages.

Balla
The Star's very own lovable Italian, chef Stefano Manfredi, has created a menu that features tathra oysters served natural ($15), tagliatelle with scampi ($32), mussels stewed with garlic and cracked pepper ($34) and chocolate semifreddo with raspberry and honey jelly ($18).

BLACK by ezard
Chef Teague Ezard has lovingly created a menu of classic aphrodisiacs including oysters with chilli ginger dressings and crispy shallots ($4.50 each), citrus-cured ocean trout with almond, asparagus, basil and buttermilk ($28), partridge with caramelised fig, honey and lemon ($47) and chocolate poached cherries with pistachio ice cream ($22).

Sokyo
Sokyo will be serving an a la carte menu specially created by chef Chase Kojima, who has come up with some especial dishes that you'll adore. Includes oyster tempura with caviar ($30), asparagus with tuna and burnt leek ($28), dragon roll with avocado, barbeque eel and and chocolate ($37) and fig and almond shiro-miso for dessert ($18).

The Spa at The Darling
The Spa at The Darling will be paying tribute to Valentine's Day for all of February by incorporating chocolate in to their couples' treatment. The decadent treatment starts with champagne and luscious chocolate-covered strawberries while guests enjoy a romantic bath ritual in the VIP Spa Suite, followed by a body polish with organic raw sugar, and continuing with a relaxing Swedish massage side by side. The indulgent treatment is topped off with an antioxidant-rich cocoa mini facial for ultimate pampering.
