MODE Kitchen & Bar Chefs unveil Mother's Day menu inspired by their Mum's

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney celebrates Mother's Day with exclusive dining experiences across MODE Kitchen & Bar, Lounge 32 and The Art of Cake. At the heart of the celebrations, MODE Kitchen & Bar will present a five-course lunch inspired by chefs' childhood memories and the dishes their mothers loved to cook. Guests can also enjoy an indulgent Afternoon Tea Buffet at Lounge 32 or take home a limited-edition 'Queen of Hearts' cake from The Art of Cake.
MODE Kitchen & Bar's five-course Mother's Day lunch menu is led by Executive Chef Gaurav Bide; Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Blanc and Senior Sous Chef Nathan Barone. The menu is anchored in nostalgia and personal storytelling, reinterpreting family dishes through contemporary fine dining artistry. Priced at $165 per person, the experience includes a welcome glass of sparkling wine on arrival and a luxury gift for every mum by Parfums de Marley.
For an elegant afternoon alternative, the hotel's exclusive executive club Lounge 32 will host a refined Afternoon Tea Buffet featuring an array of sweet and savoury creations by the MODE Kitchen & Bar culinary team. Every Mum will receive a thoughtfully curated gift by Parfums de Marley. Priced at $125 per adult, $65 for children under 12. Bookings are available across two sittings.
Rounding out the celebrations is a limited-edition Mother's Day Cake from The Art of Cake. Finely crafted by French-born Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Blanc as a tribute to his mother, the Queen of Hearts Cake ($120) is a thoughtful way to celebrate beyond the table.
