Miramar Group's Annual Report Design scoops 'Best of Category' at Global ARC Awards

Hong Kong - Miramar Hotel and Investment Company, Limited (“Miramar Group”) has won multiple awards at the internationally acclaimed 2014 ARC awards. Dubbed the “Academy Awards of Annual Reports", and in its 26th year, it honors outstanding achievement in Annual Reports.

Miramar Group was awarded with the coveted Best of Category award for Interior Design – Special Production Techniques, as well as Gold for Interior Design, and Silver for both Traditional Annual Report and Printing & Production.

Achieving these awards gives testament to Miramar Group's new brand direction and dedication to style and design. Of the win, Miramar Group's Director of Group Marketing and Corporate Communications said, “As a stylish and service-oriented hospitality group, we are committed to a design-led philosophy. Winning these prestigious awards is the ultimate accolade to how we differentiate ourselves through style from other hospitality groups in Hong Kong and beyond.”

Miramar Group worked with Format, a Hong Kong based innovative design agency, to realize their 2013 Annual Report. Edna Chan, Manager Director, said “It was a most pleasant experience for both myself and my team to work on the Miramar 2013 Report. With a clear brand direction and understanding of the business, we developed a concept that focused on the capital letter "M" representing the Miramar brand, their innovative strategies and operational excellence. All these elements carried through into the design to create an award-winning report.”

Following their Honors win last year in the Non-Traditional Annual Report category of 2013 ARC awards, Miramar Group's sense of style and design-led communications are going from strength to strength, and is set to pave the way for more unique and accomplished creative expression in the coming years.
