· Mini Stress-Buster: This $750 package combines massage, acupuncture and meditation to halt stress and reset the mind. It includes a 50-minute acupuncture session to immediately create calm, 50-minute healing energy to deepen that state of relaxation, 50-minute MINDLINK massage treatment, 50-minute 1:1 meditation to learn strategies to create calm and a CD of selected meditations to use at home.

· Mini Bone Health: Designed for those concerned about their bone health but lacking direction on how to improve their strength, this $1,200 package focuses on natural improvement and includes a bone density scan, 50-minute exercise physiologist consultation, 50-minute nutrition consultation and 25-minute consultation with integrative physician.

· Mini Shed the Weight: Designed to demystify the process of losing weight, this $1,200 package includes body composition, Metabolic Exercise Assessment (2 sessions), 50-minute Fitness consultation, 50-minute nutrition consultation and 50-minute Integrative physician visit.

· Mini Energizer Retreat: Cranky and less creative? This $750 package inspires meaningful change through a 30-minute guided meditation session, 50-minute acupuncture or healing energy session, 50-minute nutrition consultation to create an energizing diet, and a 50-minute Abhyanga session.

· Mini Detox: Designed to clear out the toxins and help restore vitality, this $1,200 package includes a 50-minute integrative physician consultation, 50-minute nutrition consultation, two detoxifying drinks per day, 140-minute ayurvedic herbal purification and a 50-minute detox wrap.
