mezza9 is an exciting and trendy restaurant at Grand Hyatt Singapore, designed by internationally acclaimed designer, Super Potato from Japan in 1998. As the name suggests, mezza9 is located on the mezzanine level and showcases nine different dining experiences in a contemporary environment and exclusive private rooms for wining and dining - washi, teak, obi, silk, sumi and la cave. The unique dining experiences at mezza9 are:

 

  • the grill: western grill & rotisserie
  • sushi: sushi and sashimi bar
  • yakitori: yakitori grill
  • the steam basket: authentic Chinese cuisine
  • the deli: European deli
  • thai: Thai deli & crustacean bar
  • the patisserie: dessert
  • the bar: martini & cigar bar
  • the shop: gourmet boutique

 

With the show kitchens and elaborate food display at each counter, diners will be able to see and savour all these mouth-watering selection.  Diners can help themselves to the different sections such as from the grill: western grill & rotisserie, the delicious spit-roast herb marinated chicken, salmon, lamb cutlets and prime rib steaks with béarnaise or green peppercorn sauce and mustard.

 

From the steam basket: traditional Chinese food, our Chinese chefs will prepare steamed and wok-fried dishes featuring steamed garoupa, wok-fried beef and other selection presented on the steam basket counter.

 

From the deli: a European Deli & crustacean bar, a fresh selection of seafood from oysters to lobsters, crabs, mussels, clams and prawns, are for the taking, whilst the Thai deli section features authentic Thai appetizers like the soft shell crab.

 

From the Japanese kitchens: sushi, sashimi and yakitori.  A wide selection of fresh sushi, sashimi and yakitori with a variety of condiments are available at this kitchen. 

 

Every Monday to Saturday, mezza9 serves up delectable set meals to delight your palate. Select from a variety of appetisers, main courses and desserts from a two- or three- course lunch menu - perfect for a value business luncheon or casual tête-à-tête with friends from SGD 29++ per person. Also indulge in the ultimate mezza9 dinner experience for one, with luscious treats from the nine dining experiences from SGD 79++ per person.

 

mezza9 Sunday Brunch is incomplete without indulging in the wide dessert selection.  The patisserie counter stars the most popular and sought-after favourites, such as the restaurant's homemade ice cream, sherbet and the Chocolate Fountain!

 

The Sunday Brunch starts from 11.30am to 3.00pm and is priced at SGD 138++ per person (adult) inclusive of free flow of Perrier Jouët Champagne and Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc. These are undoubtedly the choice complements to a relaxed Sunday brunch with family and close friends.

SGD 69++ - Age 7 to 12 years (Children)

No charge - Child 4 years and below

 

There's something for the children at Sunday Brunch too. With a play room on site with children's toys and activities that children can indulge in such as face painting and balloon sculpting, with the type of activity changing weekly. For the menu, a children's corner is available where children will be able to choose from a selection of kid-friendly items such as mini burgers, mini chicken sausages and French fries.
