Mezza9 Brings You Black Onyx Beef at Its Best

Singapore, April 2013 - It has been said that a good steak is one of the purest carnivorous pleasures available.  The perfect cut complemented by the right style of cooking will ensure the steak is juicy, tender and tasty. Beginning this June, mezza9 offers steak at its best, prepared from the finest Black Onyx beef from Rangers Valley, Australia.

 

Grain-fed for up to 300 days, Black Onyx beef is known for its natural tenderness, making it the ideal choice of beef for a good steak. Located on the mezzanine level, mezza9 is open daily from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm for lunch, Monday to Sunday, 6:00 pm to 10.30 pm for dinner and Sundays from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm for Brunch.
