MESA Hotels and Resorts, proudly announces the appointment of Tuty Alawiyah or “Lala”, in the position as Director of Personnel Development and Support.

Lala has a strong leadership background and extensive professional experiences in International and National chain hotels in Human Resources and Training, Sales and Marketing Fundamentals, Pre-opening, People development and Talent coaching.

In her new role with the group she will be in charge of training and development of the teams of all properties under the MESA group which include grandkemang hotel – Jakarta, MesaStila resort – Central Java and The edge villa – Bali.

Prior to joining MESA she was Human Resources Manager from 2013 – 2014, then she was promoted as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Zuri Hospitality Management (ZHM), a National Hotel chain managing 16 hotels in various cities in Indonesia including: The Premiere, Grand Zuri and Zuri Express.

Her fun demeanor and way of coaching people and her passion in the hospitality industry,  complemented by her music and traveling hobbies blend into a pleasant personality.
