During the event, an Event Butler will facilitate the technological set-up, seamless integration of computer and video, wireless and wired internet, computers on loan, printing, copying and business secretarial services.
A new meeting package offer
From February 21 until September 30, 2012 guests can receive legendary St. Regis service at an inviting Baht 1,800 per person per day, which includes:
- Use of the meeting venue from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm while being served freshly brewed coffee and tea during your meeting.
- Welcome coffee break, mid-morning coffee break and afternoon coffee break with selection of snacks of the day for the participants.
- A range of menu selections for lunch in the meeting room or at one of the hotel's dining venues.
- Writing materials, bottled mineral water and mints for all participants.
- An LCD projector, a flipchart and a whiteboard.
- Microphones.
- One hour cocktail reception inclusive of soft drinks, iced tea and canapés.
- Double Starpoints.
This offer, valid until September 30, 2012 requires a minimum booking of 15 guest rooms and is subject to service charge and prevailing government tax.
