The trip, hosted by Best Western Hotels, is due to start today in Chester, then moving onto Oswestry and is a two day press trip however due to a last minute cancellation we have a place left which we would like to fill for the second day at least (Saturday) if not today. Starting in Chester today, the press visit will consist of a two night stay at two Best Western hotels with two outdoor activities taking place- 4x4 off road driving (this afternoon's activity) and white water rafting (Saturday activity). Transport, hotel food and drinks will all be paid for. So all you have to do is jump on a train to Chester and let us do the rest!

ITINERARY

Friday, June 2nd 11pm - Journalists to be greeted by host in bar for coffee/tea and given tour of the hotel then shown to their rooms.

12.00pm - Lunch at the Best Western Queen Hotel

13.30pm - Collection from Hotel

13.45pm - Arrive at 4 x 4 driving centre 13.50pm - Safety briefing

14.00pm - 4 x 4 event commences

17.00pm - Event finishes clients are collected from the 4 x4 centre and transferred back to the Hotel.

8pm - Pre-dinner drinks with Host. Journalists requested to meet Host in the bar.

8:30pm - Dinner in the hotel�s restaurant. Rest of the evening spent at the hotel or free to explore Chester�s nightlife. Saturday, June 3rd 9am - Breakfast 10.00am - Everyone to check out and meet in reception Transfer to Best Western Wynnstay Hotel in Oswestry (40 minutes)

11.00am - Welcome drinks on arrival and tour of the hotel 12.00pm - Lunch at hotel before transfer to activity.

13.30 pm - Arrive at JJ Rafting for pre-activity preparation.

14.00pm - White Water Rafting commences

16.00pm - Activity finishes, transfer back to Best Western Wynnstay Hotel in Oswestry 8pm - Pre-dinner drinks with host. Journalists requested to meet host in the Aperitif area by the restaurant.

8:30pm - Dinner in the hotel�s restaurant. Sunday, June 4th

9am - Breakfast

10am - Everyone to check out and meet in reception

10.30 - Transfer back to Chester Train Station
