This is quick reminder that the following events are taking place next week during WTM @ Excel

It would be really helpful if you could indicate if you are likely to attend any or all of these events to assist us with catering etc. as refreshments are provided. (We appreciate that you may have to change your plans at the last minute but need to ensure that we don't under cater, or that you may not be able to attend the full event).

There will be at least 3 seven night stays on half board basis to be won in Sri Lanka, news items to hear and the chance to discuss future press trips.

ECUADOR - 4.30 - 5.30 pm, International Media Centre ME580
New Minister of Tourism will unveil plans for the future, including the importance of chocolate in building awareness of the country and chocolate tasting.
