Mr. Tam Wai Kuen, Chef De Cuisine – The Bostonian, is launching a special seafood platter. Available dinner only, the dish is a choice selection of the freshest international seafood, including Boston and South China Sea lobster, oysters, scallops, king prawns, Alaskan crab legs, smoked salmon, sashimi, jade whelks, assorted clams and mussels. Ask our sommelier to recommend a wine pairing from our extensive selection to really bring out the flavours. Prices start at HK$918 for 2 persons.   

The Best Brunch in Town just got better

The Bostonian Sunday Brunch introduces new specialties in the Raw Bar.  New selections include assorted caviar, Virgin and Bloody Mary's shots, house smoked salmon and cured salmon dill and lime, Szechuan pepper and beetroot salmon. Sample our new collection of hors d'oeuvres as well, including jumbo crab tart, sea urchin custard, avocado puree with tobiko caviar and many more. There is a also Champagne brunch for those who desire.
