This year, Massachusetts are offering a new combined ticket for three iconic illustrator museums. These museums include Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art in Amherst, and The Springfield Museums, home of the Amazing World of Dr. Seuss Museum. They are all within a one-hour radius of each other. The combined ticket can be purchased at any of the participating museums and the ticket will remain valid for a full year after purchase.

ArtWeek, for the first time ever will go state wide in Massachusetts from 27 April – 6 May 2018. ArtWeek was born in Boston in 2013 and is expanding its offering throughout the state of Massachusetts with a focus on regional hubs and moving to an Annual Spring festival.

30th September 2018 is the 150th anniversary of Little Women's publication. Louisa May Alcott wrote and set her famous novel at Orchard House in Concord, Massachusetts, which was also her home from 1858-1877. Special events to celebrate the anniversary will take place in 2018 at Orchard House.
