Flexible cancellation policies: 
Guests can currently only book 'Best Available Rates', which is the hotel's most flexible booking rate option. Reservations are guaranteed by credit card. Should it be necessary to cancel the reservation, customers need to contact the hotel at least 48 hours prior to check in (3pm local time) to avoid a full cancellation charge.
