Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel has always been innovative - we focus on families at the luxury end of the market by
combining high-quality design, luxury and kids; we helped brand Sagres as Portugal's first five-star surf destination, we opened the M Bar - the first ever "Family Surf Bar"; and now Martinhal is proud to announce the launch of
its online rooms folder and information on resort for consultation by guests during their stay of what's on at the resort and information about facilities - www.mymartinhal.com works on iPhones and tablets, as well as on laptops, avoiding the clutter of pieces of paper and that out-of-date room folder!  Updates are much easier and the guest has much more up-to-date information this way.

The guest is informed on check-in about My Martinhal and whether they would still like an old-fashioned room folder as we do have a few copies to handout to those who prefer this. 

When the guest accesses our free wi-fi, it automatically defaults to My Martinhal, thereby encouraging the guest to consult the site.  My Martinhal gives the guest all kinds of information e.g. activities of the day from our "Pick and Choose" programme, what's going on in our Kids Clubs, leisure pursuits that the guest can participate in, what treatments one can have in our Finisterra Spa and so on.

The first time a guest accesses this site from a mobile device, s/he is encouraged to add an icon to his/ her home screen so that this site is only one touch away. 

The English version has been released and the German and Portuguese version will follow soon.  So here's to helping save the environment!
