MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA – OCTOBER 18, 2018 – Marriott International Inc. announced it has signed an agreement with Ousia Investments to open Courtyard by Marriott West Melbourne, marking the debut of the brand in Melbourne. The 150-room hotel is a new-build, standalone project and is slated to open in 2021.

Located at 50 Batman Street, on the edge of Melbourne's buzzing central business district in West Melbourne, Courtyard by Marriott West Melbourne is a 20-minute drive from Melbourne Airport and a short walk away from the city's celebrated dining, entertainment, sports and arts scene. Nearby attractions include Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre, Etihad Stadium, and Queen Victoria Market and Federation Square.
