Slated to open on October 24, Hurricane Hole Bar & Restaurant will be a casual and fun culinary option for resort guests, marina and Saint Lucians alike. Patrons will be served in a relaxed outdoor environment with sweeping views of Marigot Bay along with its varied boats and yachts. Familiar sounds of reggae, calypso and rumba will be paired with homemade cocktails and a welcoming staff. Hurricane Hole Bar & Restaurant will serve an international selection of finger food, along with traditional regional favorites with a modern interpretation and island flair. Recipes will use fresh, locally grown ingredients and bold, authentic flavors, flawlessly executed by Marigot Bay Resort and Marina's Executive Chef Billy Boyle and his dynamic team.
